Diane Bantten
Diane is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years' experience in the legal sector, specialising in debt recovery, credit management, contractual disputes. She is also an experienced advocate.
She has worked in-house and managed the debt recovery departments for regional law firms, who are both recommended for debt recovery in independent guides to the legal profession; Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
Diane is fully trained in all aspects of debt recovery and uses a comprehensive range of proven techniques to recover monies owed, including letters before action and telephone debt recovery and negotiation.
Where necessary, she advises on methods of enforcing a Judgment and has an excellent track record in representing clients in Court proceedings, should a claim be disputed. In addition, she has long-standing relationships with County Court and High Court staff across Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire.
Diane has an excellent reputation for her expertise in advising on debt recovery and associated litigation/enforcement actions. Clients value her 'responsive and understanding' approach and honest assessment of whether a debt is economically worth pursuing.

Abi Holmes
Abigail Holmes joined the team in January 2012 is based in their Poole office.
Abi helps with the day to day smooth running of Acquit and is very task driven. She too strives to ensure that Acquit delivers the highest level of service and the best results for their clients. Abi is about to undertake part-time study in Business and Administration.
In her spare time, Abi is interested in reading history and religious studies.
When time allows she also enjoys shopping and visiting family in Switzerland when she goes skiing.
